Regular “surgeries” take place every Tuesday and Friday at
midday for members of the HELP Association in the office in San Miguel
de Salinas.
Legal process after a
death
Initial free consultations
assume that a Spanish will is in place,
and does not include dealing with wills and assets not mentioned
in the Spanish will.
Legal and tax assistance can be given if the deceased has
only a
UK will, but this is more complicated.

intestate (i.e. with no will at all), but this is far more complicated
Mike can assist with UK Probate applications, including obtaining Grant of Probate and Hague Apostiles, for use in Uk and/or Spain if need be.
